"The Zohar Speaks" - Jonathan Cahn's 'Kabbalah Unveiled'

Then they understood that He did not tell them to beware of the leaven of bread, but of the doctrine of the Pharisees and Sadducees.

Jonathan Cahn is a messianic rabbi and author best known for his New York Times bestselling book, The Harbinger.  Among his fans, Cahn is hailed as America's rabbi who has a gift of "opening the deep mysteries of Scripture." 1  To his critics, Cahn is known for his mystical teachings, some of which can be traced to Kabbalah and the Babylonian Talmud.  Kabbalah is occult Jewish mysticism.  The word Kabbalah means reception or to receive, as in tradition received and handed down.  

Like The Harbinger, Cahn's latest book, The Oracle, is written in a fictional narrative genre.  Like The Harbinger, readers are told that the mysteries of The Oracle are real.  Media giant and publisher of The Oracle, Charisma News and Magazine, states, "And as with Cahn's other works, readers will find that the mysteries revealed within the pages of The Oracle are absolutely real, amazing, life-changing and mind-blowing, as they build upon Cahn's vast knowledge of prophecy." 2

  

The Return

In The Oracle a traveler is given seven keys to open seven doors of mysteries, through which he is led by angelic guides to uncover secrets hidden behind each door. 3  In chapter 32 we are presented with the mystery of "The Jubilean Code" behind the third door.  In this mystery Cahn relates that the return of the Jewish people to Israel in the year 1948 is connected to Leviticus 25:10 by means of a secret code hidden in the words "you shall return" (tashuvu) and the missing Hebrew letter VAV. 4  The precise details of this mystery by the oracle sound uncannily like an ancient kabbalistic prophecy.  This is because Jonathan Cahn is not the first rabbi to decode the Jubilean mystery of return; the same secret was encrypted, decrypted, and ciphered from the verse of Leviticus long ago through the kabbalistic numerology system of Babylon known as Gematria.    

And ye shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubile unto you; and ye shall return every man unto his possession, and ye shall return every man unto his family.

According to the rabbis of Kabbalah the mystery of Leviticus 25:10 was first disclosed in the Zohar, also known as The Book of Splendor; the primary esoteric book of Kabbalah compiled as a commentary on mysteries said to be concealed in the Torah.  An article from The New York Jewish Week, titled "The Joy of Six" dated May 16, 2017, notes the Zohar as the source for the mystery of the missing VAV in tashuvu, you shall return: 

"The Jubilee year returns Jews to their land.  "You shall return (tashuvu), every man to his possession, every man to his family." [Leviticus 25:10].  The Zohar notes that "tashuvu" is written defectively, missing the letter vav, hinting at our return and the reclaiming of sovereignty over the Land of Israel.  The Gematria (numerical value) of tashuvu is 708.  Rabbi Benjamin Blech writes that tashuvu could also be understood as a year, (5)708, or 1948 in the secular calendar, the year marking Israel's independence, "when we returned to the land of our forefathers." 5

The author of this article, Rabbi Zev Brenner, credits Rabbi Benjamin Blech for his work on tashuvu and the mystical VAV.  Blech's book, The Secrets of Hebrew Words, was published in 1977.  The following secret is from the section, "TaShuVU: YOU SHALL RETURN.  It concerns "Prophecies, Predictions and the Final Redemption" and expounds on the very same mystery given by Cahn in The Oracle:

"In the days when slavery existed, the Torah decreed that there must come a time when every man goes free...It is in the Jubilee year that 'ye shall return every man to his possession and ye shall return every man unto his family'...The Hebrew word for "ye shall return"...(TaShuVU), seems to be spelled incorrectly.  Grammatically it requires another...(vav).  It ought to read...(TaShUVU).  Why is it lacking the letter...(vav), which stands for 6?...When we write the year, we ignore the millennia.  In 1948 on the secular calendar, we witnessed the miracle of Jewish return to Israel.  On the Hebrew calendar it was the year 5708.  That was the year predicted by the incomplete word...(TaShuVU), you shall return." 6

The use of divination to forecast future events is something one might expect from kabbalistic rabbis who are searching in all the wrong places for the revelation of their Messiah.  However, the introduction of gematria into Christian eschatology as a means of obtaining divine secrets is an introduction to divination which is forbidden by God in Deuteronomy 18:10, "There shall not be found among you any one that maketh his son or his daughter to to pass through the fire, or that useth divination, or an observer of times, or an enchanter, or a witch."     

It is a well known fact among the rabbis themselves that the practice of numerology (gematria) was incorporated into mystical Judaism through Israel's captivity and association with the oracles of ancient Babylon, as recorded in the Jewish Encyclopedia: 

"The Pythagorean idea of the creative powers of numbers and letters, upon which the "Sefer Yezirah" is founded, and which was known in tannaitic times is here proved to be an old cabalistic conception.  In fact, the belief in the magic power of the letters of the Tetragrammaton and other names of the Diety seems to have originated in Chaldea (see Lenormant, "Chaldean Magic," pp. 29, 43)." 7

As the Jubilean mystery unfolds, Cahn's oracle goes on to explain that the Hebrew letters in the word tashuvu are themselves keys and that the missing VAV signifies the sixth millennium, the time in which the return of Israel to the land would take place.

Countless volumes have been written based on The Sefer Yetzirah - the oldest book of Kabbalah - and the magical use of Hebrew letters as keys or seals by which to unlock ancient and future mysteries.  One such book is The Oracle of Kabbalah by Richard Seidman.  The summary of the book states: 

"The twenty-two letters of the Hebrew alphabet, the Aleph Beit, are not merely the building blocks of a language, but something far more profound.  Each letter is an ancient key that can help unlock the great secrets of the spiritual world, a set of powerful symbols that can grant insight into the mysteries of our own souls.  The Aleph Beit are part of Kabbalah, the teachings and wisdom of Jewish mysticism, and have been a closely guarded secret for centuries.  According to the earliest known book on Jewish mysticism, The Sefer Yetzirah (The Book of Creation), the entire universe was formed through the combinations of these twenty-two letters, and ancient mystics, drawing on the divine power residing in the letters, would meditate upon their forms, using them as portals through which they could discover the secrets of the past, the future and the human soul." 8  

Another occult work on gematria is The Book of Letters: A Mystical Hebrew Alphabet by Rabbi Lawrence Kushner:

"More than just symbols, all twenty-two letters of the Hebrew alphabet overflow with meanings and personalities of their own.  Rabbi Kushner draws from ancient Judaic sources, weaving Talmudic commentary, Hasidic folktales and Kabbalistic mysteries around the letters." 9    

The Mystery of Vav in the Final Redemption

As explained in my book, Kabbalah Secrets Christians Need to Know, the Zohar states that Israel will be redeemed through the secret power of the letter VAV and that it will be in the 6th millennium.   

"According to the Zohar on page 119a of Vayera: The redemption of Israel will come about through the mystic force of the letter vav (in Hashem's name), namely in the 6th millennium, and more precisely, after 6 seconds and half the time that remains.  This is the Zohar's way of saying the 666th year of the 6th millennium, 6 1/2 months into the year." 10     

The Hebrew letter VAV is central in kabbalistic prophecy concerning the Zohar's mystical timeline of a futuristic final redemption and earthly kingdom.  The use of gematria (divination) by rabbis to foretell the time of the arrival of Messiah is nothing new.  The 18th century kabbalist, Rabbi Eliyahu, also known as the Gaon of Vilna, calculated the Mashiach's arrival in the sixth millennium through the gematria of the VAV which equals 6.  In his commentary on the Zohar he is quoted as saying, "The number 666 contains hidden within it exalted and lofty messianic potential." 11  This secret was so guarded - only to be released from the appointed time of the Zohar prophecy onward - that the Gaon urged his disciples, "I adjure the reader in the name of the God of Israel not to reveal this." 12 

In Kabbalah the missing letter VAV also plays a prominent role in the sacred name of the coming Mashiach.   Both the future redemption and the name of the Messiah are calculated around the seven-year Jubilee cycles of the shemittah year and a prophecy which says the letter VAV will be added to the Mashiach's name.  In his book, The Rabbi Who Found Messiah, Carl Gallups quotes an article from Arutz Sheva which explains how the calculations of the Gaon of Vilna influenced Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri, former "Head and Elder of the Kabbalists" who claimed to have met the Messiah in a vision in 2003. 13  The article explains: 

"According to the calculation, a 7-year count from that Hoshana Rabba is the date of a major revelation associated with Mashiach...[the]..."attaching" of a righteous soul to a person of Israel makes the recipient a candidate for Mashiach, but not yet the actual Mashiach.  This person gets an additional soul which finds expression in the adding of a letter to his name, without changing its pronunciation.  The elder Rabbi Kaduri says that the letter added to this person's name is "vav" and the secret of his power is a Star of David hidden in his attire." 14  

Mysteries of Kabbalah Reflected in The Oracle

In Kabbalah the VAV is considered the connector and mediator between heaven and earth.  In fact, according to kabbalistic tradition, the missing VAV constitutes the entire sacred name of the Tetragrammaton YHVH and is representative of the fallen angel Metatron, holder of the keys of knowledge and "keeper of the gate" who has seven names. 15 

In The Oracle, the traveler begins his journey through a series of visions by which he is mystically transported, first to an ancient temple, then to a chamber of hewn rock, "The Hall of the Seven Doors...In the house of the Oracle." 16  During the second Temple period the Hall of Hewn Stone - Lishkat ha'Gazit - was the meeting place of the high court of the Sanhedrin from which capital sentences were carried out.  The Jewish Encyclopedia records that, "The Great Sanhedrin is designated in the Talmudic sources as 'Sanhedrin Gedolah hayoshebet be-lishkat ha-gazit = the Great Sanhedrin which sits in the hall of hewn stone." 17   

The Chabad website, Kabbalah Online, states the following:  "The temple mount surrounds all the temple courtyards...and these Temple courtyards [figuratively] surround the Chamber of Hewn Stone, the seat of the high court of the Sanhedrin.  [These represent the seven lower sefirot, and from here and above are the levels of consciousness.]...What is above is below, and below is above...the above Zohar will go a long way to keep you aligned with the Mystery of Life." 18   

Kabbalah teaches that there are seven heavens and seven halls or palaces (sefirot) through which the initiate must pass through by means of keys; secret seals and passwords to be presented to angels who guard the seven doorways.  In this way he ascends and descends the sefirot tree of Kabbalah through Metatron's six-sided cube, the Merkabah or VAV:      

"The earliest documents (~100 - ~1000 A.D.) associated with Kabbalah describe the attempts of 'Merkabah' mystics to penetrate the seven halls (Hekhaloth) of creation and reach the Merkabah (throne-chariot) of God.  These mystics used the familiar methods of shamanism (fasting, repetitious chanting, prayer, posture) to induce trance states in which they literally fought their way past terrible seals and guards to reach an ecstatic state in which they 'saw God'...These palaces are dangerous, and the mystics who travel them must carry with them the seals of the two angels designated for each gate to show to the eight angels who guard each of the seven entrance ways...Those who passed the test were considered worthy to make the 'descent' to the Merkabah which led them, after many trials and dangers, through the seven heavenly palaces, and before that through the heavens." 19 

Merkabah mysticism and ascension through the seven doorways of the sefirot tree leading to the VAV of Metatron are ancient occult methods that have been practiced by kabbalistic rabbis for centuries in preparation for the self-fulfilling prophecies of the Zohar.  What has not been widely disclosed yet is the secret identity of the VAV.  In Kabbalah, the letter VAV also represents the divine light of the serpent Leviathan and is the middle pillar of the sefirot tree which emanates from and returns to Ein Sof.  Rabbi Joel David Bakst explains in his book, The Jerusalem Stone of Consciousness: DMT, Kabbalah and the Pineal Gland:  

"This [VAV] is the ray of Light of the Ain Sof that extends into the tzimtzim...This is Leviathan...Its root is from the penetrating and surrounding Light of the Ain Sof.  The aspect of the straight serpent that stands in the "middle" is the letter vav...which is in the middle of all the letters of the Torah...Now, from this Supernal Da'at emanates the entirety of the Torah...it is this Supernal Da'at that is the source of the Concealed Light through which one can see from one end of the universe to the other.  It is this radiance that [emanates as] the secrets of the Torah." 20  

Da'at is knowledge.  Specifically, it is secret knowledge that only the rabbis of Kabbalah have previously had access to, but are now releasing to the masses in an attempt to bring forth their Mashiach.  From his book, The Josephic Messiah, Leviathan, Metatron and the Sacred Serpent, Rabbi Bakst admits:   

"The collective soul of observant Judaism is mostly unknowingly and unassumingly becoming saturated with little bits and pieces of Kabbalah - a book here, a lecture or study group there, etc. - until it will reach a point of critical mass...The collective Jewish soul, as well as the world at large, is unknowingly being seeded with kernels of divine knowledge falling from the Gates of Wisdom above." 21 

The Zohar's Conception of creation through the Tzimtzum (contraction) of Ein Sof

"Prior to Creation, there was only the infinite Ohr Ein Sof filling all existence. When it arose in G‑d's Will to create worlds and emanate the emanated...He contracted (in Hebrew "tzimtzum") Himself in the point at the center, in the very center of His light.  He restricted that light, distancing it to the sides surrounding the central point, so that there remained a void, a hollow empty space, away from the central point... After this tzimtzum... He drew down from the Or Ein Sof a single straight line [of light] from His light surrounding [the void] from above to below [into the void], and it chained down descending into that void…. In the space of that void He emanated, created, formed and made all the worlds." (Etz Chaim, Heichal A"K, anaf 2) 22

"As the great and powerful letter Vav asserted itself (for it was from the Vav that the light emerged), its force was so great that it broke through the wall and made there a gate as high as the measure of the Vav [=6] cubits." 23

As the middle pillar of the sefirot tree, the letter VAV is also the center point of creation, the point in the center of the circle; a recognized esoteric symbol used by those in the occult [see oracle image above].  Gershom Scholem, late professor of Jewish Mysticism, explains:

"In the Zohar, as well as in the Hebrew writings of Moses de Leon, the transformation of Nothing into Being is frequently explained by the use of one particular symbol, that of the primordial point.  Already the Kabbalists of the Geronese school employed the comparison with the mathematical point, whose motion creates the line and the surface, to illustrate the process of emanation from the "hidden cause."  To this comparison, Moses de Leon adds the symbolism of the point as the centre of the circle.  The primordial point from Nothing is the mystical center...the point serves to illustrate what the Kabbalists of the thirteenth century call "the Origin of Being." 24

Kabbalah the Harbinger of Moshiach

 "One of the promises regarding the Messianic Redemption concerns the Torah we will then study...The deepest of the four general dimensions of the Torah is sod, the esoteric teachings of the Torah, also known as kabbalah.  Moshiach will teach a hitherto untapped level of kabbalah." 25

In The Harbinger, Cahn's protagonist is given nine seals by which to decode nine harbingers, each one a signal for the coming judgment of America.  These portentous omens are said to parallel Israel's judgments based on a hidden message Cahn claims to have discovered in Isaiah 9:10 and 9:11 which he mysteriously links to 9-11, the fall of the Twin Towers; the beginning of God's judgment on America with more harbingers to follow.

In matters of prophecy, whether past or future fulfillment, Christians should always bear in mind the words of Jesus Christ as the final authority.  In this way we will not be deceived.  This Biblical principle to test all things must be applied to rabbinic traditions, some of which have been deeply embedded into Christian eschatology.  One of these traditions is that the prophet Elijah will make a future appearance as the forerunner to prepare the way of the Messiah.  Jesus plainly told His disciples that John the Baptist was the fulfillment of the prophecy of Malachi 3:1, saying of John, "For this is he, of whom it is written, BEHOLD, I SEND MY MESSENGER BEFORE THY FACE, WHICH SHALL PREPARE THY WAY BEFORE THEE...And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come...But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed." (Matthew 11:10, 14, 17:12 )  

The angel of the Lord that appeared to Zacharias in the first chapter of Luke also confirmed that John was to be the messenger prophesied of in Malachi 4:5-6, "And he shall go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, TO TURN THE HEARTS OF THE FATHERS TO THE CHILDREN, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord." (Luke 1:17, 76, Matthew 3:1-3, Isaiah 40:3)    

        

In an article titled "The Prophet Elijah: Harbinger of the Redemption" the rabbis of Chabad-Lubavitch note:  "The Messianic redemption is closely associated with the name of the prophet Elijah.  He is regarded as the forerunner of Mashiach, "the harbinger who will proclaim peace, the harbinger of good who will proclaim salvation, saying to Zion, 'Your G-d reigns!' " 26  The article continues, "Before the war of Gog and Magog a prophet will arise to rectify Israel and prepare their hearts...The prophet Elijah's functions will thus include: to rectify Israel's behavior, causing them to return to G-d with teshuvah, as a preparation for the Messianic redemption." 27    

In Kabbalah the word Harbinger has long been a code word for the dissemination of the secrets of Kabbalah by the prophet Elijah on a global scale; the final step that will prepare the world for the arrival of Moschiach.  Rabbi Yehuda Ashlag, known as the Baal HaSulam (1884-1954), dedicated his life to this purpose.  Michael Laitman, a contemporary rabbi and apprentice of the late Ashlag, equates today's divulgence of Kabbalah upon the masses to the return of the prophet Elijah sounding the shofar, "the horn of Messiah." 28  Referring to Kabbalah as the "method of correction" for the nations, Laitman tells us that humanity must suffer so that they will turn to the light of Galgalta for redemption! 

 "We have no idea how much time people are destined to suffer before they accept this method of correction that will elevate them to the level of perfection and eternity...The nations will be left without the light unless Israel passes them Kabbalah, the method of spiritual correction...Thus, through suffering, everything facilitates the return to a state where Galgalta Eynaim, the souls of Israel, draw the Upper light to the world...Therefore we can see that the redemption of Israel and the rest of the world, wholly depends on the learning of "The Book of Zohar" and Kabbalah." 29 

Galgalta Is Not Golgotha!

And He bearing his cross went forth into a place called the place of a skull, which is called in the Hebrew Golgotha.

In a teaching titled The Zohar Speaks, Cahn revealed a kabbalistic mystery in which he told congregation members that Galgalta - the head and crown of Keter at the top of the sefirot tree - is the same location as Golgotha, the hill of the skull where Jesus Christ was crucified.  In the Gospels of Matthew, Mark and John the word Golgotha means skull; a knoll or hill near Jerusalem.  The words skull and Calvary both come from the Greek word kranion, where the word cranium comes from.  Both words simply mean skull and have nothing to do with the mystical spheres of Kabbalah.  

In this video presentation Cahn cites the Zohar's version of "the redemption of the worlds" coming from the dew of Galgalta, which he calls "the center of everything, of God's mercy." 30   In Kabbalah, Galgalta represents the skull of Keter, the Crown and the first emanation from Ein Sof.  It is also the Arikh Anpin or the Long Face consisting of the first three spheres of the sefirot tree.  Kabbalist visionary, Michael Laitman, notes from Yehuda Ashlag's commentary on the Zohar, "Dew drips from that Galgalta to Zeir Anpin...to make atonement for your souls." 31  Zeir Anpin is just below Arikh Anpin on the Kabbalah sefirot tree and is the VAV of Metatron's cube which is comprised of the next six spheres emanating from Ein Sof.  Occultist and 33rd degree Freemason, Manly P. Hall also explains:  

"When the concealed of the Concealed wished to reveal Himself He first made a single point...The Qabbalists gave many names to this dot...The dot is called the first crown...It is called the aged, because it is the first emanation.  It is called the primordial or smooth point.  It is called the white head, the Long Face--Macroprosophus...When the white shining point had appeared, it was called Kether, which means the Crown, and out of it radiated nine great globes, which arranged themselves in the form of a tree...the central point, Kether, was now filled by four concentric globes called worlds, or spheres, and the light of the ten Sephiroth was reflected down through each of these in turn." 32  

Herein lies the mystery of "the redemption of the worlds" that drips from Galgalta: Galgalta is the head or crown of the serpent god of Kabbalah, the skull of Keter, the penetrating light of Leviathan, the mystic force of redemption, the VAV of the sacred name Tetragrammaton and the missing VAV of tashuvu which the Zohar speaks will bring redemption in the 6th millennium.  

Mystical Words of
Illumination and Initiation

"The three main channels through which the preparation for the new age is going on might be regarded as the Church, the Masonic Fraternity and the educational field [Education Day is the basis of the Noahide Laws of the Babylonian Talmud]...prior to the coming of the Christ [Jesus Christ of Nazareth is not intended here, but another Christ!], adjustments will be made so that at the head of all great organizations will be found either a Master, or an initiate...At the head...of the Freemasons of the world, and of the various great divisions of the church...will be found initiates or Masters...The Christian church ...can serve...as a voice... through which world illumination may be accomplished." 33

It is evident that mysticism abounds in the books and teachings of Jonathan Cahn.  In an interview with Jonathan Bernis, Jonathan Cahn referred to The Oracle as "the mystery of the ages" and "the blueprint of end-time prophecy." 34  A cursory examination of the mystery schools will reveal the coded language of adepts in books like Manly P. Hall's The Secret Teachings of all Ages, in which he dedicates four lengthy chapters to The Secret Doctrine of Israel and refers to "Qabbalism as a key to Masonic esotericism." 35  

This same occult image appears in Jonathan Cahn's book, The Paradigm, in Chapter 1:  "The Master Blueprint"  (Published by Stephen Strang)

 

The Book of Mysteries by Jonathan Cahn is written in a narrative resembling that of the Zohar.  Presented as a daily devotional, The Book of Mysteries follows the one-year journey of a traveler's odyssey through deserts and secret chambers to discover "Hidden Keys" to the "Secrets of the Ages" revealed by a man known only as "the teacher." 36  The Zohar tells a similar story of "a group of 'wandering mystics' headed by their grand master, Rabbi Shimon bar Yohai" as they travel through the deserts of the Holy Land to uncover "the deepest mysteries of Torah." 37  In the tradition of the Zohar's orally transmitted secrets, the teacher in The Book of Mysteries tells his apprentice, "And so the mysteries have been passed down from teacher to disciple, from age to age." 38 

Within the umbrella of kabbalistic texts can be found the Sefer HaRazim or The Book of Mysteries.  This original version of the Book of Mysteries is a collection of magical incantations said to be revealed to Noah by the angel Raziel.  It is divided into seven sections, each section describing one of the seven heavens.  Included is a list of the hierarchy of accompanying angels whose secret names may be invoked to assist the spirit traveler in his ascent to the throne.  The legend - or fable - surrounding the Sefer HaRazim Book of Mysteries is that it was passed down through the ages to Solomon and was the source of his "wisdom and purported magical powers." 39  

On the front cover of Cahn's Book of Mysteries there are two opposite facing triangles above and below the title.  On day "100" of Cahn's daily devotional, the teacher reveals The Mystery of the Triangles to his apprentice.  Using a stick, the teacher makes three dots in the sand, "one on the top, and two below" to form an upward facing triangle, representative of the blood on the doorposts of the first Passover.  He then forms another downward facing triangle with one dot "on the bottom, and two above it," symbolic of the Passover blood on the cross a thousand years later.  Referring to these as the "two Passover triangles," the teacher then joins them together by drawing two overlapping triangles in the sand to form a "Star of David...the sign of Israel." 40   

The six-pointed star is an esoteric symbol whose hidden meaning is understood by those initiated into the mysteries.  The secret of the two triangles represents the occult maxim, As Above, So Below - symbolic of the oneness of spirit and matter in creation.  Even those with a basic understanding of occult symbolism should recognize this as Freemason, kabbalistic initiation of Christians in its most subtle form.  The dangers of using cryptic words and symbols by leaders in today's church cannot be overstated, bringing to light the warnings of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 11, in Acts 20:28-31, and in many other Scriptures.  

In Kabbalah, the two triangles forming the six-pointed star represent the synthesis of the male and female elements of fire and water.  These are Chokmah and Binah on the sefirot tree and through sexual union - hieros gamos - the spheres of the sefirot tree below are created to form the Macrocosm.  This is the VAV of Metatron, which is above the Microcosm of humanity and earth below.  As explained in chapter eight of my book, within the Zohar lies the secret of the ages, the mystery of all mysteries, revealed only at the highest levels of initiation: man's realization of his divine constitution through knowledge and comprehension of the universal hexad of creation.  From the Zohar we read:     

"Rabbi Simeon, when on a journey...said: "How astonishing it is that men give so little consideration to the study of the secret doctrine...So, then, as man is a microcosm, a copy or paradigm of the universe, he is in his constitution a reflection of the divine nature, the Supreme Wisdom.  The nephesh [soul] and ruach [breath] are the two angles at the base of a triangle and with that of the apex form a whole or perfect figure...the neshama [is the] divine part of man's nature...he becomes holy and divine...passing through the various grades of initiation...symbolized by the hexagon...This union with the Divine is the mystery of all mysteries. 41

The Book of Mysteries and The Mystery of the Shemitah both reference the Babylonian Talmud.  The Mystery of the Shemitah is a continuation of the mysteries found in The Harbinger and sets the stage for The Oracle.  With a focus on Wall Street economics, recessions and stock market crashes revolving around seven-year cycles, the book also touches on the lucrative business of the blood moon phenomenon, all of which are said to be mystically connected to the shemitah.  Many false prophets, including John Hagee, Mark Biltz and others, have made merchandise of the saints by equating the natural course of lunar and solar eclipses to future end-time judgment events.   

The seven-year shemitah cycles were part of the economic system of the Old Covenant system between God and Israel, yet Cahn infers that this mystery affects all nations of the modern world, including and especially a (possible) future impending economic demise of America; though Jesus and the Apostles never spoke of the shemitah in the New Testament Covenant nor of its return.  Author Yvonne Nachtigal cites The Berean Call:  "This imposed Shemitah judgment was very specific and involved only the nation of Israel.  Since no Gentile nations were ever obligated to keep the Shemitah, there is no scriptural basis for suggesting that any other nation would ever experience an imposed Shemitah judgment." 42  Nachtigal adds, "If anything happens during The Shemitah...it's not because of God and a connection to Isaiah 9:10, it's because the Freemasons who control this world are pushing the buttons and they are making things happen (in cycles of 7 as it's a 'magic' number) for their own purposes to further the progress of a New World Order." 43  

"The 10 Sefirot:  The nature of God (known as Ein Sof, the endless One) is one of the Zohar's central concerns.  The 10 sefirot, which first appear in pre-kabbalistic mystical texts, recur in the Zohar...These 10 aspects of God also serve as a template for human spiritual experience." 44 

The mystery of the shemitah ends with the Crowning of the seventh Shemitah, a "super Shemitah" of "dynamic redemption" to be fully revealed in the return of the Jubilean mysteries. 45  This unveiling of the Jubilean mysteries is presaged by Cahn's book, The Paradigm; the ancient master blueprint said to contain the template that is "determining the course of our world and with it the course of our lives." 46  It is defined as an "archetype" that is "objective and fixed" and which is giving "the exact parameters of time...allotted to remain on the national and world stage." 47  It doesn't take a skilled theologian to identify Cahn's recurrent use of initiatory language; the same language employed by occult Masonic and kabbalistic conspirators for millennia.  The question for the discerning Christian must be, What is the purpose of these mysteries, Where is this Master Blueprint leading to and to Whom is the World Returning?  

Returning the Crown 

The End is Wedged in the Beginning

"The tree of life is viewed as a graphic representation of the blueprint of creation...Each emanation is an archetype, which in combination with other emanations provides the mystical elements necessary to form everything in creation." 48 

"Now the Ain Soph Aur retracts itself within itself to a light point...This brings forth Kether (=the Crown)...the first manifested Sephirah, the first condensation of the light of Ain-Soph.  Kether means 'the Crown'...Kether is the source of light rising up from the darkness...In Kether is the blueprint of the entire universe." 49

There is an ancient kabbalistic principle that states, 'The end is wedged in the beginning, and the beginning is wedged in the end.'  Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburgh, author of Kabbalah and Meditation for the Nations, explains, "The tenth and final sefirah, malchut (the sefirah of kingdom)...corresponds to the end-result of our actions.  In its rectified state, malchut is a complete reflection of keter (the sefirah of the super-conscious crown) that lies above the ten sefirot...Great is teshuvah [Return] which brings healing to the world...Having explained this, it remains that redemption corresponds to malchut (the sefirah of kingdom).  In particular, this manifests as "the end (malchut) is wedged in the beginning (keter)." 50

In Kabbalah the self-fulfilling prophecies of merging the kingdom above with the kingdom below is brought into the world by attempting to create a New Order: a unity of global consciousness and oneness with the divine apart from Jesus Christ.  As shown above, part of this plan includes covertly bringing about a critical mass of the population to effect the needed change.  This necessitates a spiritual awakening and transformation of the masses that includes a metamorphosis of true Christianity.  Based on the set path of the kabbalistic blueprint, the cosmos will return to its original state in the sixth millennium.  All creation will return as it was and Malchut will receive the crown and the kingdom.  Hence the axiom, "the end (malchut) is wedged in the beginning (keter)."  

"To quote from Sefer Yetzirah, 'The ten Sefirot are bli mah (without substance); their end is wedged in their beginning and their beginning in their end, like a flame bound up in a coal.  For G-d is One, and there is no second to Him.'  This same metaphor is employed in the Zohar, 'The Holy One blessed be He, emits ten crowns, supernal holy crowns with which He crowns Himself.  He is they and they are He, just as the flame is bound up in the coal, and there is no division there." 51 

According to the prophecies of the Zohar, humanity is now in the tenth path, the Jubilee in which the final sefirah, Malchut, will receive the crown from Keter: 

"The supernal crown (keter elyon) is the crown of Kingdom (keter malchut).  The most elevated of the sefirot, keter, is thus linked to the most earthly, malchut." 52  

"And in thy favour our horn shall be exalted.  There shall the horn of David flourish (that is, the queen [Shekinah] shall receive the influx from the mother).  [Binah] This is the tenth of the kings (that is, the path of the kingdom), and originateth from jubilee, who is the mother.  For it is written...'And it shall be when the horn of jubilee is sounded.'  This is the splendour of the jubilee, and the tenth (path) is crowned by the mother.  (This is) the horn which receiveth the horn and the spirit...And this is the horn of jubilee...(the first He of the Tetragrammaton)...and all things shall return unto their place (...as in the jubilee, so in the world to come)." 53

Metamorphosis: The Church's Return 

"Kabbalists emphasize the great importance of this rectification for our times, since we are now in the Hebrew calendar's Sixth Millenium, which parallels the sefirah (Divine Radiance) of the Yesod...the spiritual channel that brings Divine Illumination (shefa) and blessing into the world...In the Kabbalistic blueprint that pictures man as the microcosm of the universe." 54 

"The fate of Israel and the fate of the world are bound together.  Israel is a microcosm of the world, and the world, the macrocosm of Israel.  And so if Israel's destiny is determined by the Jubilean mysteries...Then so too the destiny of the world?" 55

The premise of The Oracle is to reveal a hidden timeline in which world events - past, present and future - are concealed in "the law of Jubilees...the mystery of return - where everything returns to the state in which it was at the beginning of the age." 56  According to the oracle, the Jubilean mysteries are determining the course of the entire world:  governments, nations, leaders, wars, as well as the church.  Consequently, not only must the Jewish people return to their land in the year of Jubilee (as calculated and predetermined by the Zohar), but there must also be a return of the church to its Jewish roots.  

Behind the sixth door lies the "mystery of reversal...the church's Jubilean return." 57  The mystery begins with a vision in a cathedral in which the traveler sees a stained glass image of a woman "seated on a throne, adorned with gold and arrayed in a purple cloak." 58  As the vision unfolds, the appearance of the woman with light skin and auburn hair transforms from "European to Middle Eastern and Jewish," now with black hair and wearing simple garments. 59  What are we to make of this alchemical transmutation?  We are not left in doubt.  The oracle reveals that the Stained Glass Metamorphosis of the woman represents a church in exile, "estranged" and "separated from its ancestral roots." 60  Now, 2,000 years later, the church must return, "the two-thousand year-old separation between the church and Israel must come to and end," based on the law of Jubilees. 61 

Upon hearing that the church, having "lost its radical nature and its revolutionary power" has been in a parallel exile with the Jewish people, the traveler asks the oracle, "So will it involve the whole church...and every Christian?" 62   The oracle answers, "Not all who are called by those names...but the true, the remnant." 63    

This is the same radical message being promoted by Rabbi Itzhak Shapira, that only a remnant of Christians will return to the earthly kingdom of Israel, though Shapira takes it to another level with his teaching that Christianity is Biblical Edom and that when Yeshua (a.k.a. Metatron) returns, he will destroy Christianity as an entity! 64  However novel and shocking this may sound, it is nothing new.  In 1997 a prophecy titled "The Hebrew Movement" flooded into Christianity, slated as the final phase of new revelation for the church.  The prophecy stated:  

[This] "very Hebrew movement...will now wrap up the church age...in what is called the Greek-to-Hebrew shift, or the Hebrew Movement.  It is what God now expects from us before He more fully empowers us, and thrusts us into His glory.  It’s what we need to do to make Him more comfortable....The church has now come full circle...It is now time for the fuller revelation of Who God and Jesus really are.  He is saying 'I want you connected to the Old Testament root, but in fulness and the power of the Holy Spirit, so that you can keep the Law as I kept it, in the same Spirit in which it was given, in redemptive love and power.'  We must move back to the centerline of God's truth." 65  

There is a spiritual danger of diving too deep into the waters of the Hebrew roots movement; that of crossing over into the mystical teachings of rabbinic Judaism known as Kabbalah.  Tovia Singer, an orthodox rabbi, has claimed that at least 80-90% of people converting to Judaism today are coming through the Messianic movement and that almost all converts to Judaism have had some relationship with the Messianic movement, and this includes the Bnei Noach, those Gentiles converting to Noahide law. 66   

In what is the most disturbing part of The Oracle, the mystery of the end is finally revealed.  As the visions of the sixth door come to a close the oracle opens up what he calls the mystery of the age, in which he tells the traveler that "the first separation of the age" was "the separation of the King from the kingdom, from his land and his royal city." 67  There is no mention of Jesus' victory on the cross, of His triumph over His enemies, of Him entering into His glory, or of Him being now seated at the right hand of the Father, Crowned with glory and honor. (John 19:28-30, Colossians 2:15, Luke 24:25-27, Acts 7:55-56, Hebrews 2:7-9) Instead we are informed that the Messiah has been separated from His people for two thousand years and that in the "ultimate reversal of the Jubilee...The King must be restored to the kingdom, and the kingdom to the King...the mystery of the age." 68   

A famous 19th Century author once said, "To get an idea to penetrate to the masses of the people you must put fiction round it, like sugar round a pill.  No statesman and no ecclesiastic will have more influence on public opinion than the novelist of the future will have." 69  The first page of The Oracle states, "What you are about to read is presented in the form of a narrative, but what is contained in the story, all that the Oracle reveals, is absolutely real." 70  

For we have not followed cunningly devised fables.

The Testimony of Jesus

is the Spirit of Prophecy

The Bible is clear what the true mystery of God is: And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifest in the flesh, justified in the Spirit, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, believed on in the world, received up into glory. (1 Timothy 3:16)  If you are in Christ, you are in the Kingdom.  It is not future.  It is now.  The King of kings is on His throne, seated at the right hand of the Father, Crowned with glory.  The Lord Jesus Christ has no need to be restored to His Kingdom, nor does he need any human to crown him, as the Father has crowned Him with glory and honor. (Psalms 8:4-6, Hebrews 2:6-8)  

When Jesus sent out His disciples He sent them to the lost sheep of the house of Israel, to the Jew first, and to the Gentiles. (Matthew 10:5-6, Jeremiah 50:6, Romans 1:16)  If you are in Christ you are Abraham's seed.  If you have the Son, then you have the Father and you are not estranged from the Root, for Jesus Christ Himself is the Root and there is no other Branch or Way that you can come into the true faith and the Israel of God. (1 John 2:23, Isaiah 11:1, Galatians 6:16)    For He has said, "I will never leave you nor forsake you." (Hebrews 13:5) 

Jesus revealed the true nature of His Kingdom when He said to Pilate, "My kingdom is not of this world." (John 18:36)  Therefore, whosoever will may come in by faith, not by a return to the Hebrew roots or to any form of rabbinic, kabbalistic Judaism.  This is what Jesus said when He was demanded of the Pharisees, when the Kingdom of God should come, "The kingdom of God cometh not with observation: Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you." (Luke 17:20-21)

Before His crucifixion Jesus promised His disciples that the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, would be with them and in them.  He would testify only of Jesus and He would lead them and guide them into all truth. (John 15:26, 16:13)  The lure of mysticism is a powerful temptation, even to the seasoned Christian.  Yet esoteric knowledge neither saves nor sanctifies.  Neither does it bring a person closer to Jesus.  If there truly were ancient mysteries encoded into the Bible, would not God have told us, instead of reserving them for a select few to reveal to the Church at the end of the age?  Why hasn't anyone else discovered these oracles hidden the Word of God?  The answer is simple.  It is because no prophecy of the Scripture is of any private interpretation. (2 Peter 1:20) 

In his letter to the church at Ephesus, the Apostle Paul wrote that God had revealed to him the mystery of Christ so that all men would see what is the fellowship of the mystery which had been hidden in God from the beginning of the world.  This mystery has never changed, it remains the same in the simplicity of faith and fellowship with God through Jesus Christ.  And for this cause, Paul prayed on bowed knees to the Father, that Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passes knowledge and be filled with all the fulness of God. (Ephesians 3:14-21)

Unto Him be glory in the church by Christ Jesus throughout all ages, world without end.  Amen
